Why it exists
UK short-term let regulations are accelerating. The Short-Term Rental Safety Act 2024 introduced new fire safety requirements. England's mandatory registration scheme is expected in 2026. Scotland's licensing is already live.
Most hosts track compliance in spreadsheets, calendar reminders, or their heads. That works for one or two properties — but every additional property adds more certificates, more deadlines, and more risk. LetComply exists to replace that fragile system with purpose-built tooling.
